Adding to all this is the ‘going nuts’ bride who wants to have everything her way because it is after all her BIG DAY! Perfect wedding is the dream of almost all the desibrides, and nothing is important to them than getting everything completely right including the smallest detail, and yes, most importantly their makeup.

It is implicit that like every bride you also want to look the prettiest on your day. And, nobody can beat the efforts and planning that you take to get the‘dreamed of’ look for the big occasion. Hence, opting for a professional makeup artist can set many things right for you. Now-a-days there are many exclusive bridal package offered by the makeup artists, including the airbrush makeup which is currently in vogue.

And, that is just the beginning!! There are many things that you need to take care off or follow before achieving the complete bridal look you want. But, apart from all these there are few lesser known tips that will help you in doing it in a way better than thought.

• A glow on the face is a must. But going for the facial just before the wedding is a complete NO! Have it done at least a week before, and your skin will have enough time to breathe and glow.
• Get your makeup trials a minimum of three weeks prior, and to avoid any confusion you can click your photo (avoid flash) to check the looks before zeroing on any.
• Concentrate more on strong features and you can decide the rest of the look based on that.
• Remember, it is going to be a completely different make up when compared to your routine way, so know about other application ways and tricks.
• Use quality products that have long lasting effects and do not smudge, especially for the eyes.
• To lighten up the under eye circles you can opt for corrector and concealer.
• Foundation MUST match you skin tone, and for your foundation to stay long use it after a primer.
• Never opt for a pale colored lipstick, it is your wedding! Choose a brighter shade matching the makeup but don’t overdo it by going for the wrong bright shade. Plus, remember to use a lip liner and lip gloss.
• And the rest, leave to the professional. But, you can always give your opinions to them; after all you are the desi bride.
